Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted and logged.
We never sell your data
We do not sell resumes or applicant data to employers, data brokers, or third parties.
AI processing & consent
Your content is processed by AI only to deliver the features you request. We do not train AI models on your content without explicit consent.
Your controls
- Delete any individual resume at any time.
- Request a full data export.
- Delete your entire account and associated data.
- Configure automatic deletion periods in Settings.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can shorten this in your account settings.
Logging
Logs redact unnecessary personal data. We do not store full resume text in logs.
